So I went out yesterday to water my new plants and as I was spraying water I saw this little bird just standing under one of the bushes. I continued watering (minus that one bush, although the bird did get a little wet from overspray) and the bird never even moved. I think he/she was trying to sleep:-) Seriously, check out the pic, the eyes are closed. When I walked up really close, the bird opened its eyes and then closed them again. I guess I’m not the typical scary human. Anyway, I left and went to get some food and when I came back the bird was gone. Probably just an afternoon nap, but I thought I’d share because I’ve never seen anything like it:-)

That was strange. Get this one. One day JR was sitting on the back porch with a soda. We saw something that kept flying up to where he had set the can. It was a humming bird. They are so small they are hard to see. I gusse it wanted some sugar. LOL
